What I Offer

I provide education and peer mentoring for women navigating breast implant illness, eating-disorder recovery, and mental–emotional wellbeing.

Drawing on a Bachelor's in Educational Sciences and lived experience, I help you create practical routines, compassionate mindset shifts, and a personalised resource map—so you can heal, learn, and lead yourself with love.

"Working with you has completely transformed my recovery journey. I finally feel understood and supported."
- Sarah M.
Note: I don't diagnose, treat, or provide therapy. I work alongside your healthcare team.
